INDUCTION HARDENING
Induction hardening is a rapid heat treatment process that improves the wear resistance and fatigue strength of critical components. At ThermoTecknics, we use precision induction heating to selectively harden metal surfaces, ensuring optimal performance and extended component life.

Our Process:
-
Assessment & Planning: Detailed evaluation of your component requirements.
-
Precision Induction Heating: Controlled, high-frequency heating to achieve the desired case depth.
-
Rapid Quenching: Immediate cooling to lock in the hardened properties.
-
Quality Inspection: Comprehensive testing to guarantee consistency and durability.
Benefits:
-
Enhanced wear resistance and fatigue strength.
-
Reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
-
Ideal for automotive, aerospace, tooling, and industrial machinery applications.
SILVER BRAZING
Silver brazing is a highly effective joining process that uses silver-based filler metals to bond dissimilar metals with superior strength and corrosion resistance. Our silver brazing services are ideal for creating robust and reliable joints in precision components.

Our Process:
-
Surface Preparation: Cleaning and pre-treatment for optimal adhesion.
-
Controlled Heating: Uniform heating to the optimal temperature for silver brazing.
-
Application of Filler Metal: Precise application of silver alloys to ensure a strong, consistent bond.
-
Post-Braze Inspection: Rigorous testing to ensure joint integrity and quality.
Benefits:
-
High strength and durability.
-
Excellent corrosion resistance.
-
Versatility in joining a wide range of metals for industries such as aerospace, medical equipment, and industrial manufacturing.
SHRINK FITTING SERVICES
Shrink fitting is a thermal assembly process that involves heating one component to expand it and cooling the mating component to contract it. Once the heated part is assembled with the cooled part, the temperature equalizes, causing the heated component to contract and the cooled component to expand, thus creating a tight and secure interference fit. This method is ideal for achieving strong, durable, and precise connections without the need for additional fasteners.
